A decent Starbucks to pick up your Coffee before continuing down to the beach. While walking towards Santa Monica I came across this Starbucks and I decided to head inside and get an iced coffee before continuing my journey. The staff were fast and nice, but the interior isn't something comfortable to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. I think that this particular Starbucks is best for take out. Prices are fine. And the place was clean. Coffee itself was really nice. Would return here.

Great experience at Starbucks! The service was very quick, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it a nice place to enjoy my drink. I ordered the Caramel Frappuccino, and it was delicious.

I came here yesterday to get a Venti Iced Matcha with Brown Sugar Cold Foam on top…..and I ended up taking it back as soon as I started to drive off because I’ve had this same drink before and knew that had not put the BS Cold Foam on top that I paid $1.25 for …..Like I really be trying to mind my business and be cool, but the fact that I had to come back and go in was the worst inconvenience of my life!! I feel like they purposely made my drink wrong and didn’t even feel it up to the top and then coming in was a little better but don’t make me feel bad for your mistake!!! The cashier who was black was somewhat okay but she could’ve at least acknowledged that they messed up and we can remake it for you which they did but don’t give me attitude for something you messed up!! Anyway, it’ll probably be a while before I come back and atp, I might invest in learning how to make drinks myself cause this is second time I’ve gotten a matcha and it was made wrong like I’m over it!!

The Green Tea Frappuccino and the Madeleine cake were so delicious. They are my favorite snacks! I really enjoyed them and will come back again.

Formal Incident Report: Discrimination and Unacceptable Customer Service ​Date of Incident: October 15, 2025 Time of Incident: Approximately 6:10 AM ​This morning, I visited your location with the intent to purchase a double shot of espresso, a standard part of my morning routine. Before placing my order, I politely requested to use the restroom. ​A store employee (identifiable by a beanie and appearing to be in a supervisory role) responded by asking, "Are you actually going to make a purchase though?" ​This question was highly inappropriate and constitutes clear profiling and discriminatory behavior. I was dressed in a work jacket and boots, as I was on my way to volunteer at a local church food pantry to assist those in need. I firmly believe that had I been wearing my usual business attire, this question would never have been posed. ​Due to this unwarranted and discriminatory treatment, I was unwilling to complete my intended purchase. I immediately left your establishment and took my business elsewhere. ​This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable. I intend to share this negative and unfair experience widely within my network and will be advising others against pat
